The life of a professional cook means risking injury, such as this little burn blister of mine. I'm not to sure when this happened tonight, but I know this, it hurts! I also have a burn on my right arm thanks to Barney who happened to put a mini-pan filled with hot oil on top of a pile of fresh/clean pans to be used. When I went to grab a pan, it happened to be the one with hot oil that splashed up and out on to my arm. ARGH! these are thing that drive me nuts about Barney, he's a good cook, he just doesn't think past the one step he is on. Anyway, I'm hoping not to pop this one, blisters heal better when you don't pop them.
