Two silver spoons from France

During culinary school, when I spent a month in Provence, I received these two spoons in an odd way. To make it short, the chef de partie pretty much gave them to me. They are "saucing" spoons for the waiters to use table side. I love these two spoons. I have used them on and off since then, in school, at work, and now mainly at home. I will bring the to work when we have a special event or tasting menu. The one on the right is stamped with the logo of the city of Les Baux de Provence.
