Ten inch copper beating-bowl This is one of our recent additions to the collection of toys. I have yet to make a souffle with it, as I am hopping to do in the future, but it has been used for hand whipping cream for both savory and sweets in my home. Our guests are impressed when either My Wife or I pull this thing out and make stiff peaked whipped cream in a matter of a minute or two.
