Two things I was hoping to accomplish while I was in school was keeping two blogs updated (Grade: C+) and updating pictures from each day in class (Grade: A). I don't know what I was thinking, because in order to get the most out of the class, I had to read in my spare time, and not spend time writing blogs. Today is my first day of work, so that means I can go to Tenn Street Coffee, read my bible, blog some and catch up on life, other than culinary school. I have a few days of pictures to upload and then I'll have all but 5-6 days of class fully chronicled online. I'll likely keep it posted for some time, eventually I'll remove some albums because new things in life will pop up.
