(haute qualite)

Il y a quelle-que chose...

Yea, like I'd really be able to put that together long enough. One of the more comforting things about being here is I am starting to get more and more comfortable with my 10th grade French I know. I grew up as a kid speaking it to my grandmother and mother, when I lived with them, and I slowly started to lose it when I lived with my father. It's when I hit eighth grade when I started to confirm my ability to speak French in class. I went on to take French until 11th grade. It's like anything else, it is engrained in me that being immersed in it, has brought out more and more.

I've been able to talk to Tony on Skype recently. He's been learning French via CD, which is good, because he's planning on attending the same culinary school as I am next year that comes to France. When we first hooked up on Skype, he said he'll leave himself on line and I can call any time. This is encouraging, because it allows me to be able to be open about things while I'm here.

Yesterday, Heather emailed me three devotionals, she received from Glenn. The very first one was truly convicting, it helped me see Jesus was about the mission the entire time of his ministry, from the humble beginnings of calling out fishermen to join his ministry to the final hours on the cross granting heavenly passage to a thief.
