(mint lime syrup)

1 Cup boiling hot water
3/4 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup Lime Juice
1 Cup crushed mint

Dissolve sugar in the hot water
Steep crushed mint in hot water at least ten minutes
Add Lime juice
Strain, if you didn't put your mint in a tea infuser
chill and use to make hibiscus "martinis"
