Yes it is, fresh picked, local produce. I wasn't a giant fan of the focus change of my old culinary school to go from classical French recipes and a trip to France, to more modern cuisine and a Farm To Table emphasis with Farms in Colorado. Now that I'm in a restaurant that focuses on it, I need to better embrace it.
