In order to feature our mushroom supplier we offered up an appetizer featuring these King Trumpet mushrooms. This sucker was seriously bigger than my hand. Had we got an order, they would have been grilled and finished in the oven with Tellegio cheese to be melted. Needless to say, we sold none tonight.
