This grey box is how the magic all happens with my sprinklers. I have to say that I enjoy the fact that I have underground sprinklers, but I'm not looking forward to the new watering bill. I've been told I could also put another water meter on my sprinkler system so I don't have to pay for my sewage bill (which is based on my water bill) as well. I have to say this is a pretty cool house warming gift from my father and step-mom.
