This is the "cooking section" of the famed Boulder Bookstore. What a collection of homecook recipe books. You can see the aniversary edition of The Joy of Cooking as well as Simple Cooking by Alice Waters. There are so many different cookbooks that appeal the narrow approach to food that you find with homecooks in Boulder - organic, vegan/vegetarian, raw, all natural, local, and of course humane. Needless to say, I couldn't find the book on how to prepare foie gras 100 different ways, or Veal, "the other white meat." People eat those things here, I think in their basements in a dark cornor.
