Kitchen Aid Professional 600 (6 quart mixing bowl)
Well, if I'm going to have the ice cream making bowl, I should have the mixer it attaches to, right? This sucker is a little big for us right now. As a matter of fact, I've never seen a professional kitchen that has one this big. When I go make stuff in it, I really should make batches 50% so that I can acutuall justify taking it out. Who knows what will happen, if our family grows, then we'll be making bigger batches of food in this high volume mixer.
