Yep! that's me at work in my funny looking hat. We are a virtual show kitchen, so we are in jackets and these funny looking hats. I figured out how to make it shorter by turning it inside out and fliping the open end up. Any way, that's the Chef/Proprietor there behind me. To protect the innocent, I've called him Soyesset on my other blog.
