(gaps found)

We had meeting on Wednesday night about the North and West Teen Ministry. In attendance were two of the three village leaders and three of the four teen-ministry leaders. We talked about how to make the teen ministry more impacting, see how we can change to better meet the needs of the teens in our group and how to make it more inspiring for them to want to become Disciples (which is their parents goal as well).

A few of the things I shared was communicating from the pulpit that the teens are very much a part of the bigger ministry, so when scheduling is done, we are involved or have some sort of alternative for the teens themselves. There is some "bad publicity" about being a teen leader out there, from teen leaders of the past. Then the two folded, when I was a teen leader the schedule was two lessons a month, one service event and one fun night/cross ministry event. With all this rolled together, I was asked to share to the North and West Region about being a teen leader. Woo Hoo, Yippie, Scooby-Doobie-Doo!
